Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources activities for a growing organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong people leadership skills, a hands on approach, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to support organizational goals.

You will play a key role in shaping HR processes, building a positive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution will be central to the success of the HR function.

• 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Proven ability to advise managers and support employees effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
