Baytonia Company announces an open vacancy for the position of Human Resources Supervisor (HR Supervisor) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the Human Resources department operations
- Oversee employee affairs and ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Supervise recruitment, hiring, and employment contract processes
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to management
- Previous experience in the Human Resources field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using HR systems
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
