RolePurpose:
To coordinate and support payroll operations by ensuring accurate data processing, timely payroll execution, and compliance with labor regulations while maintaining effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll data accurately and on time
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements
- Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, and employee inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors as required
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliation, and month-end activities
- Assist with audits by providing payroll data and supporting documentation
- Ensure timely processing of employee payments, bank files, and payroll approvals
- Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and documentation
Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll coordination or payroll administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, attendance systems, and labor law compliance
- Hands‑on experience using the Menaitech system
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
