Talent Acquisition Specialist - MENA;

At Clorox Abudawood, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our MENA team and lead end-to-end recruitment across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia. This role partners closely with MENA business leaders, HR teams, and manufacturing operations to attract exceptional talent and support business growth.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, operations, and manufacturing functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support recruiting initiatives for Clorox manufacturing sites in Jeddah and Dammam.
• Leverage sourcing tools, market insights, and networking to identify top talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while achieving recruitment metrics and business objectives.

• 6+ years of recruiting experience within multinational organizations.
• Proven experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia and/or the Middle East.
• Experience supporting both Coporate and Manufacturing positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools (AI, Copilot)
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
