Business Consulting Specialist - HR

This role plays a key part in optimizing HR operations, enhancing documentation standards, strengthening compliance, and improving the overall effectiveness of HR processes within an operational environment.

• Analyze HR operational performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and management briefings.
• Support the development, review, and continuous update of HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in preparing HR documentation related to compliance, investigations, and employee relations cases.
• Review HR processes to identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Support HR planning activities, including workforce planning inputs, process mapping, and HR action plans.
• Coordinate with HR specialists to gather data and ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation.
• Follow up on the implementation of approved HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper control and security of HR documentation.

• 5
  -7 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or HR business support roles with the transport or passenger transport industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
