• Digital Portal Management:
  Process visas, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official systems like Qiwa Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies to advise company management on operational impacts.
• Government Liaison:
  Represent the organization during official visits, inspections, or meetings with ministries (such as HRSD)
• Employee Support:
  Assist staff with onboarding, exit clearances, and governmental documentation.
• HR Data Analytics:
  Identify areas of improvement via intentional assessments and analytics
• HR Operations:
  Manages the day to day operations for HR.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or Human Resources or similar.
• Experience:
  
  2 to 4 years of proven experience handling HR Government Operations and HR generalist
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Hands-on mastery of Saudi e-government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI)
• Languages:
  
  Professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
