L&D Executive

Job Description

The Learning & Development Executive works closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, manage training records, and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs. The role contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.

• Coordinate and administer training programs and workshops.
• Identify employees' learning and development needs through assessments and feedback.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of annual training plans.
• Liaise with training providers, vendors, and internal trainers.
• Maintain accurate training records and learning databases.
• Track training attendance, completion rates, and evaluation results.
• Prepare reports and analytics related to learning and development activities.
• Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare training reports.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
