• Support the HR team in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Assist in maintaining accurate employee records
  , data entry in HR systems, and file management in line with data protection policies.

• Participate in employee engagement
  , wellbeing initiatives
  , and internal communications.

• Help prepare HR-related documentation, including contracts, reference letters, and training materials
  , under the supervision of experienced HR professionals.

• Respond professionally and confidentially to HR queries from employees and managers.

• Assist in coordinating learning and development sessions, monitoring attendance, and gathering feedback.

• Collaborate with team members on HR projects related to policy development, diversity, and inclusion

• Provide support in basic payroll queries
  , benefits administration, and general HR duties as required.

• Attend HR meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture that aligns with company values and Saudi labour law

• Recently completed or currently holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must be a Saudi National
  .

• Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.

• No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent management, or business support
  .

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning HR systems.

• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.

• Understanding of basic Saudi labour regulations and principles of workplace equality.

• Previous experience in a people-focused, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
