Naghi Marine Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR administration, and Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) program management at its Jeddah office. This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified HR professional with practical experience within a Human Resources department.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes across operational and corporate positions, support performance evaluation frameworks and KPI tracking, develop standardized job descriptions, and handle employee administrative requirements. The role also involves managing HRDF programs, subsidies, and related compliance requirements.

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Recruit for operational and corporate positions across the organization.
• Manage performance evaluation frameworks and employee review cycles.
• Track employee KPIs and support performance management processes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Support a positive organizational culture.
• Develop, update, and standardize job descriptions across departments.
• Manage Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) programs and subsidies.
• Ensure HRDF-related compliance requirements are properly managed.
• Handle daily personnel requests and employee administrative inquiries.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• Support HR operational processes and internal HR coordination.
• Collaborate with departments on workforce and employee-related requirements.

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  , or a related field.
• Equivalent HR certification may also be considered.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience within a Human Resources department.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English
  , spoken and written.
• Strong practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience with performance management, KPI tracking, and employee review processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities and maintain accurate documentation.
