Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager
A leading Group of Companies with over 50 years of operating experience are currently looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits individual to join their business in Jeddah.
Develop, lead and implement the organizations reward strategy to ensure its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organizations desired internal and external market position.
Key responsibilities- Develop the compensation & benefits team
- Lead and direct the implementation of performance management policies and procedures
- Liaise with area managers to develop local compensation and performance management strategies
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers
- Review and analyze the existing remuneration packaging and compensation
- Conduct salary bench marking exercises
- Minimum of 10 years experience in HR
- Minimum of 6 years in a Compensation and Benefits role
- Regional experience
- Degree in HR or business administration
- Knowledge of Hay Methodology
- Strong internal communication skills
- This role is to be based in Jeddah
Package: 30,000 SAR/month + Benefits
