Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer is responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality, end-to-end user experiences across complex digital platforms. This role operates at the intersection of user needs, business outcomes, and regulatory constraints, translating research and strategy into scalable, usable, and accessible design solutions.

The role requires strong individual contribution capability, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of experience design within real-world delivery environments. The Senior UX Designer is expected to elevate experience quality, support design maturity, and ensure that UX decisions are grounded in evidence, feasibility, and measurable impact.

• Own and deliver end-to-end UX design across complex products, services, and platforms—from discovery through implementation and validation.
• Translate user research, usability insights, analytics, and stakeholder inputs into clear experience requirements, design decisions, and prioritized improvements.
• Design and maintain user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs that communicate intent and scale across multiple use cases.
• Apply and contribute to design systems, UX standards, and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency, reuse, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to align experience outcomes with delivery realities.
• Ensure design feasibility and delivery efficiency by actively participating in planning, refinement, and technical discussions.
• Lead effective design-to-development handoff, including specifications, interaction logic, annotations, and supporting documentation.
• Review and validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet experience quality, usability, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to defining and evolving UX patterns, approaches, and best practices, supporting continuous improvement of design maturity across teams.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to designers when needed, reinforcing a quality-driven, collaborative design culture.

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, interaction design, or service design, working on complex digital products or platforms.
• Proven experience delivering UX within large-scale, multi-stakeholder, or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of UX work streams from discovery through delivery.

• Strong foundation in user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience with user research methods, usability testing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Proficiency in creating journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Solid understanding of design systems, component reuse, and scalable UX patterns.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles.

• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to balance design quality with delivery constraints, making pragmatic, well-reasoned trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills—able to clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
