Key responsibilities
- オペレーションの工程管理: 入荷商品の仕分け・出荷作業計画、配送地域計画の立案・改善
- ピープルマネジメント: スタッフ育成・業務指示、シフト組織、人員管理（数十名）
- 業務改善: 安全・品質・生産性向上、業務フロー・環境改善案立案・実行計画策定
日勤・夜勤のシフト勤務です。各拠点ごとに詳細は面談や選考時に確認してください。
教育制度入社後8週間のトレーニング期間。座学とOJTで業務知識・ツール使用方法を学び、未経験者も安心でスタート可能。

Qualifications- 4年制大学学士号または同等の業務経験
- パソコンスキル初級（四則演算ができるレベル）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- スタッフ指導・チームリーダ経験3年以上、5名以上マネジメント経験
- 業務管理ツール使用経験、課題抽出データを活用した業務改善経験
