Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and growth of technical products end-to-end. You'll translate business goals and user needs into clear product direction, align stakeholders, and work closely with engineering to ship high-impact features with strong quality and measurable outcomes.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Write and manage product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) with clear scope and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and QA to deliver releases on time and with high quality.
• Drive backlog prioritization using impact, effort, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor product performance (KPIs/OKRs), analyze data, and turn insights into product decisions.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, set expectations, and communicate progress and trade-offs.
• Ensure scalable solutions by collaborating on architecture, integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities when needed.
• Improve team execution through Agile best practices, planning, and release management.

• 4+ years in Technical Product Management (or closely related role).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Proven ability to work deeply with engineering teams (APIs, integrations, technical constraints).
• Strong analytical skills and experience making decisions using data and customer insights.
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English preferred) with strong stakeholder management.
