The IT Asset Project Management Trainee supports the planning, tracking, and coordination of IT asset-related projects and activities. The purpose of the role is to provide hands‑on learning experience in IT Asset Management and project management while contributing to the organization’s efforts in organizing, controlling.

The trainee will gain exposure to real projects, cross‑department coordination, and best practices in IT governance and asset lifecycle management.

• Assist in maintaining and updating IT asset inventories and records.
• Support tracking of hardware, software, and license lifecycle (request, allocation, transfer, and disposal).
• Help in preparing project documentation such as trackers, reports, and dashboards.
• Participate in IT asset‑related projects and initiatives under the supervision of the IT team.
• Coordinate with IT support, procurement, and finance teams for asset‑related activities.
• Assist in collecting data for audits, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Support monitoring of software license usage and basic compliance checks.
• Help in documenting IT asset management procedures and workflows.
• Participate in meetings and record action items and follow‑ups.
• Support asset tagging, labeling, and physical verification processes.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Learn and follow IT security, data protection, and organizational policies.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in:
  Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Business Administration (with IT interest).
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software concepts, project management fundamentals, Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Interest in IT Asset Management, project coordination, and IT governance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to manage simple tasks and deadlines under supervision.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT tools (ticketing systems, asset management tools) is an advantage but not mandatory.
