Identity and Access Management Senior Specialist

Job Description

Assist in the implementation of the IT policies, procedures, standards and regulations to mitigate IT risk and ensure proper governance.

Ensure IT change management is followed by implementing the ITCM Policy and ensuring that the Request for Change (RFC) policy is compliant.

Assist in the implementation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to maintain business continuity and sustainability.

Implement internal and external audit recommendations based on audit reports to mitigate risk and ensure system availability, integrity and security.

Implement Payment Card and Patient records management standards (PCI DSS and HL7) by working closely with relevant departments to manage customer data and ensure compliance.

Monitor the Identity and Access Management tool with concerned departments to ensure user access accuracy using the governance module of Identity Manager.

Review and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with departments and service providers to assess service quality.

Collaborate with third parties and communicate with IT departments to assist in obtaining ISO certification for IT services.

Assist in preparing the IT budget by consolidating IT Department managers' inputs to be sent to the Risk Governance Manager.

Work closely with the Service Delivery Team to ensure the implementation of Infrastructure Library ITIL standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

6 Years of Experience.

• MS Office Suite
• ITILCOBIT Certification
• CCNA
• MCP Microsoft Certified Professional
