Roles & Responsibilities 1. Service Delivery & Operations Management- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Threat Management services across defined scope
- Govern solution operations, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of the Threat Management toolset
- Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service models, SLAs, and client expectations
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams and platform SMEs to ensure seamless operations
- Govern Threat Intelligence feed collection using Anomali Threat Stream.
- Ensure threat intelligence is timely, relevant, and operationally usable
- Oversee integration of threat intelligence into detection and response workflows
- Ensure intelligence supports proactive and reactive threat management objectives.
- Govern threat detection and correlation activities using Anomali Match
- Ensure alert quality, appropriate escalation, and effective response coordination
- Oversee tuning and continuous improvement of detection capabilities
- Ensure detection activities align with the client’s threat landscape and service scope
- Own operational governance of FortiSOAR
- Ensure automation supports efficient incident handling and SLA compliance
- Drive continuous optimization of playbooks and response workflows
- Ensure SOAR reporting supports operational oversight and client governance
- Govern vulnerability management services using Tenable Security Center
- Ensure vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and reporting are delivered effectively
- Provide visibility into vulnerability posture, trends, and risk exposure
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support remediation tracking and risk reduction
- Ensure structured incident management, escalation, and communication
- Drive problem management and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Identify recurring issues and translate findings into service improvements
- Ensure lessons learned are embedded into operational processes
- Drive continuous service improvement and value‑addition initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve detection quality, response efficiency, and automation
- Track service performance metrics and improvement outcomes
- Ensure Threat Management services evolve with changing threat and risk profiles
- Own SLA governance and service performance management
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting to internal and client stakeholders
- Lead service reviews and governance forums
- Translate technical performance into business‑relevant insights.
