✨ We're Hiring: GRC Senior Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for a GRC Senior Specialist with a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who brings both technical depth and strategic insight, with the ability to drive compliance initiatives and strengthen our cybersecurity posture.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in GRC, cybersecurity governance, or risk management after graduating from a related bachelor specialization.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks, including:
  • NCA ECC / CCC / CSCC
  • SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (if applicable)
• Solid understanding of international frameworks, such as:
  • ISO 27001 / ISO 27002
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
  • NIST 800-53
• Experience in risk assessment, policy development, compliance reporting, and control implementation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Lead and support GRC initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with national and international standards.
• Develop, review, and enhance cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance status and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of security controls.
