Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of proven experience in the financial sector and services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (BSc in Computer Engineering or Computer Science) and extensive experience bridging business needs with technology solutions within banking, fintech, or financial services environments.
Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Analyze complex financial business requirements and processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and gap assessments
- Collaborate closely with IT, development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives within financial services
- Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and new implementations
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Provide data analysis and reporting insights to support decision-making
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems and services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or related financial domain
- Strong understanding of financial products (loans, payments, cards, treasury, risk, etc.)
- Experience working with core banking systems or financial platforms
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, IFRS, Basel, etc.)
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with digital banking or payment systems
- Core Banking Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
