This role requires a self‑starter with strong business modeling skills, keen attention to detail, and a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. It has regular interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders across Amazon and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy and demonstrate comfort with ambiguity while holding a high bar on performance.

The candidate must have a proven track record for hiring, developing and retaining top talent.

• Learn and stay current with technical developments in Automation Technology, including Amazon AI services.
• Lead a team of highly talented RPA and automation engineers responsible for managing all aspects of mission‑critical systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders and product managers around automation technology/RPA capability communication and articulation, translating technical jargon and methodologies to business‑absorbable language.
• Research and drive new and innovative AI/ML approaches.
• Enforce a high bar for operational excellence of the team's services.
• Recruit high‑performing team members, and provide mentorship and coaching.
• Establish team mechanisms for project planning, product development, engineering excellence, operational excellence, and team building.

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

• 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
