Senior Operations Associate, IN Shopping Videos

We are hiring a Senior Operations Associate to manage the IN Shopping Videos Product-Summary-Videos (PSV) charter end to end. This includes but is not limited to:

• Video Production Overview: review recommendations from system and create weekly requests to create high touch videos
• Evaluate type of video requirement, align stakeholders and create image based / high touch / automated video requests
• Event Planning for volumes, categories and video types to ensure in-time delivery
• Actively manage video removal requests from category and seller teams
• Ensure smooth operations and manage escalations with Production Agency
• Share periodic updates and reports with internal stakeholders
• Resolve partner issues related to payments, technical and operational support, and ad-hoc queries

• 2+ years of sales experience
