IT Officer – Jeddah
We are looking for an IT Officer to join our team in Jeddah, providing first-line support across hardware and software environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, and software applications
- Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets (remote or on-site)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support user access, system setups, and onboarding activities
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant IT teams or vendors
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support / service desk
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills with excellent English
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
