We are looking for an experienced ERP Supervisor to support and enhance enterprise applications across the organization. the role will be responsible for system support, business analysis, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth business operations and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage ERP, HRMS, and Workforce systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support activities.
- Collaborate with all departments to gather requirements and formally document system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation, rollout, and enhancement of ERP solutions and integrations with Payroll, POS, biometric attendance systems, and Identity Management platforms (SSO / Azure AD).
- Provide functional support and issue resolution by coordinating with internal IT teams, vendors, and business users.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new functionalities.
- Support the administration and day to day operation of ERP and enterprise applications to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Application Managers and business stakeholders to support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, investigate issues, and recommend improvements to optimize application effectiveness and user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting ERP and enterprise applications.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, MenaITech, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and application support.
- Experience with enterprise integrations involving Payroll, POS, biometric attendance systems, and Identity Management solutions (SSO / Azure AD).
- Knowledge of business process analysis, documentation, and system enhancement lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Preferred experience within the restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi‑site operations environment.
