We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Engineer with a strong background in digital transformation projects to oversee on-site technical operations, coordinate project implementation activities, and ensure successful delivery of technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, smart systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise or government environments.

• Supervise and manage daily on-site technical activities related to digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IT and smart technology systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, systems, and integrated digital platforms.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution activities.
• Support implementation of cloud solutions, cybersecurity controls, IoT systems, and enterprise applications where applicable.
• Conduct site inspections and verify project deliverables against approved designs and requirements.
• Assist in training end users and operational teams on implemented technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT infrastructure, or smart technology projects.
• Experience working as a Resident Engineer, Site Engineer, or Technical Project Engineer.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Network infrastructure and systems integration
  • Cloud technologies and virtualization
