Position: Learning and Experience SGM
Purpose of the Job

To design, lead, and continuously enhance end to end learner experiences and digital learning ecosystems across HITCL, ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction, effective digital delivery, data driven improvement, and operational excellence in learning coordination.

Major Activities
  • Design, monitor, and continuously improve end to end learner journeys across all HITCL programs.
  • Design and maintain HITCL learning KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.
  • Establish learner experience standards to ensure consistency, engagement, and satisfaction across delivery modes.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of learning data and reporting across systems.
  • Oversee instructional design standards and methodologies for digital and blended learning programs.
  • Leverage analytics insights to drive evidence based decisions and continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and utilization.
  • Ensure all digital learning content aligns with adult learning principles, academic governance, and HITCL learning philosophy.
  • Lead the Contents Creation Center in producing high quality digital learning assets using AI, multimedia, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide strategic oversight of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning ecosystems to ensure reliability, scalability, and adoption.
  • Oversee content libraries, version control, reusability standards, and support to schools' production needs.
  • Govern the administration, configuration, and continuous enhancement of digital learning platforms in line with delivery needs.
  • Oversee training coordination activities, including scheduling, calendars, logistics, and learner communications.
  • Build, lead, and develop high performing teams across content creation, digital solutions, analytics, and learning coordination functions.
  • Ensure smooth, timely, and error free execution of training programs in collaboration with schools and campus services.
  • Evaluate digital learning tools and technologies, recommending enhancements that improve learning experience, efficiency, and scalability.
Job Context

The Learning Experience & Digital Solutions Senior General Manager plays a central role in enabling high quality, scalable, and learner centric training delivery across HITCL. The role integrates learner experience design, digital learning platforms, content creation, analytics, and training coordination to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective learning journeys aligned with HITCL's academic standards and strategic objectives.

Frameworks, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority
  • Approves learner experience standards, instructional design frameworks, and content quality guidelines.
  • Endorses LMS/LXP enhancements, analytics methodologies, and digital learning tools within approved governance.
  • Makes operational decisions related to learning coordination and digital delivery enablement.
Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus

The Learning Experience & Digital Solutions Senior General Manager is strategically focused on enabling scalable, high quality, and learner centric learning delivery across HITCL by designing compelling learning experiences, governing digital learning ecosystems, and embedding data driven insights into decision making.

The role serves as the institutional integrator between learning design, digital platforms, content creation, analytics, and operational coordination, ensuring that learning delivery is consistent, efficient, and aligned with HITCL's academic standards and strategic priorities.
