Workplace Technology Associate

Position Purpose

The Workplace Technology Associate is responsible for managing remote and in-field support for stores and HQ end‑user environments, including hardware renewal, replacement, and upgrades. The role covers onboarding new joiners, offboarding leavers, procurement management, supplier listing, indirect purchasing, and maintaining continuous hardware stock availability and tracking.

• Manage remote and in‑field support for stores and HQ end‑user hardware and software activities.
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees, offboarding of leavers, and internal moves.
• Perform procurement management, supplier listing, and indirect purchasing in line with Sephora policy.
• Maintain continuous hardware stock availability and track inventory.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and quality-of-service measurements for external partners.
• Monitor SLA/SLO compliance and apply penalties where necessary.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, processes, and SOPs in compliance with LVMH and Sephora group rules.
• Support workstation hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS.
• Utilize device‑management tools such as Workspace One and Ivanti for monitoring and support.
• Troubleshoot network basics (DNS, IP addressing, routing, switching) and research solutions.
• Escalate complex incidents to Level3 teams and perform synthetic incident reporting.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Office
  365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Security, and ITIL practices.
• Manage hardware supply, expense management, vendor negotiations, and stock management in business‑continuity scenarios.
• Provide first‑level support for retail shops, POS systems, in‑store infrastructure, printers, barcode scanners, and digital in‑store tools.
• Assist the Technical Service Team with network and server incidents, IT asset administration, and routine maintenance.
• Conduct hardware, networking, and OS installation, testing, and routine startup/shutdown procedures.
• Recommend upgrades, evaluate software/hardware options, and implement local IT infrastructure protection policies.
• Participate in relevant projects and community activities as requested.

• Strong general IT knowledge with competencies in systems, security, and networking.
• Hands‑on experience supporting complex IT environments.
• Proficient in device‑management tools (Workspace One, Ivanti) and Microsoft operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to manage and prioritize complex work.
• Project‑management experience managing multiple vendors and simultaneous projects.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at EME level, including IT and business groups.
• Self‑starter with ability to drive initiatives to deliver business value.
• Strong service‑oriented mindset focused on end‑user satisfaction.
