Library & Archival Services Pre-Sales Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design of tailored archival and digitization solutions by working closely with customers to understand their unique collections and delivering strategic recommendations that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales professionals and project teams to manage the sales pipeline, respond to complex RFPs, and ensure that proposed solutions are delivered successfully and meet revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with global preservation standards and internal policies while representing the organization at industry conferences to create and advance new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Master's Degree in Library Science (MLIS) or an industry standard equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in a library, archives, or special collections environment, with a strong background in academic research institutions.
• Strong knowledge of digitization workflows, collection management systems, and the technical standards required to create high quality digital surrogates.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and complex problem solving, with the flexibility to travel up to 50% to engage with various constituencies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
