• Own overall delivery of Data Lakehouse program
• Establish and manage program governance framework, steering committees, and reporting cadence
• Ensure alignment to Banking strategy, architecture, and regulatory requirements (NDMO/NDI)
• Drive decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management

• Lead assessment of Phase 1 deliverables (pipelines, models, mappings)
• Ensure
  • Root cause analysis of defects
  • Closure of all critical/high defects
  • Define rebuild vs reuse strategy
  • Track remediation progress via defect resolution tracker

• Oversee execution across:
  • Source system onboarding
  • Data model completion (FSLDM / FSAS alignment)
  • Historical data migration and reconciliation
  • Reporting repointing support
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Stabilize)

• Ensure ≥99% data reconciliation accuracy across:
  • Source systems
  • Legacy DWH / EDM
  • Data Lakehouse layers
• Drive data validation, completeness, and consistency checks
• Ensure business sign-off readiness

• Act as primary interface between stakeholders, business teams, and multiple vendors
• Coordinate with:
  • Reporting vendor (for repointing)
  • Data governance teams
  • Infrastructure & security teams
• Ensure alignment across business, IT, and external partners

• Develop and manage:
  • Program plan and detailed execution roadmap
  • Sprint planning and backlog prioritization
  • Track:
    • Milestones, deliverables, dependencies
    • Risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

• Identify and manage:
  • Technical, data, and integration risks
• Maintain:
  • Risk register and mitigation plans
• Ensure no impact to production SLAs and business operations

• Ensure readiness for:
  • Data availability
  • Data model clarity
  • Performance SLAs
• Support:
  • Data issue resolution
  • Reconciliation cycles until business approval

• Ensure adherence to:
  • Architecture and security policies
  • Data governance standards
• Validate:
  • Zero critical defects at go-live
  • Full compliance with acceptance criteria

• Lead cross-functional teams (onsite + offshore)
• Manage:
  • Architects, data engineers, testers, analysts
  • Ensure productivity and adherence to 70/30 hybrid model

• Strong understanding of:
  • Data Lakehouse architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
  • Data warehousing (Teradata, Oracle)
  • ETL/ELT platforms (Informatica, Data Stage)
  • Big Data ecosystem (Cloudera, Spark, Kafka)
• Experience in:
  • Data migration & reconciliation
  • Enterprise data modeling (FSLDM preferred)

• Banking & Financial Services (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with Regulatory reporting ,AML, risk, payments, trade domains

• Agile & Waterfall delivery models
• Strong governance, PMO, and reporting skills
• Experience managing large multi-vendor programs
