IT Infrastructure Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal uptime.
• Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
• Manage VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalent virtualization platforms.
• Deploy and manage workloads in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) ensuring cost efficiency and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and routing protocols.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, including patching, access control, and compliance standards.
• Implement and manage backup solutions, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in business continuity planning and execution.
• Work closely with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
• Other duties assigned within the scope of the job.

• Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Skilled in storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions ensuring business continuity.
• Experience with monitoring tools and automation (Power Shell, Bash, Ansible).
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on high availability and security.
• Effective communicator and team player with the ability to work in fast‑paced environments.

IT Infrastructure: 0 - 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related field.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Excellent command of oral and written English and preferred Arabic.
