- Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and related software.
- Install and support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers).
- Utilize remote support tools to assist end-users effectively.
- Provide IT support across multiple physical sites for approximately 500 users.
- Enhance system performance by identifying issues and recommending improvements.
- Manage help desk tickets: track, prioritize, and resolve technical support requests.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets: import, assign, and retire equipment in the IT inventory system.
