We are looking for an experienced professional to join ALBAIK Development Team and lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and scaling using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence across all environments.
- Implement security best practices and support Dev Sec Ops , compliance, and infrastructure governance initiatives.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate Dev Ops tools and technologies to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and guidance on cloud, deployment, and infrastructure-related challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align Dev Ops initiatives with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, containerization technologies, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure management.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), system reliability, performance optimization, and incident management.
- Experience with Dev Sec Ops practices, security automation, compliance requirements, and infrastructure governance is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as AWS, Kubernetes, Hashi Corp, or related certifications are considered an advantage.
