• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• Certifications such as:
  • CISSP / CISM / CCSP
  • ITIL
  • PMP

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or IT
• 5+ years in service delivery or leadership roles
• Experience in managed security services and enterprise environments

Requirement :
Cybersecurity Delivery Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of managed security services, ensuring compliance with SLAs/KPIs, governance requirements, and business expectations. Acts as the key interface between security operations teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and risk-aware service delivery.

• Lead delivery of 24x7 managed security services across multiple domains (SOC, SIEM, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards
• Oversee incident management, monitoring, and operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
• Lead regular service review meetings and performance reporting
• Manage escalations, incidents, and service-related issues
• Ensure alignment between security services and business objectives

• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Implement and monitor risk management and security controls
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting
• Track and report key operational metrics (performance, response times)

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional cybersecurity teams
• Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and team performance
• Mentor teams to enhance delivery maturity and effectiveness
• Coordinate across internal and external delivery teams

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure delivery aligns with financial and contractual commitments
• Support service improvement and growth opportunities

• Define and evolve the managed security services roadmap
• Drive automation, efficiency, and service maturity initiatives
• Align cybersecurity delivery with overall business and security strategy
