Solution Architecture Manager | Leading Saudi Bank | Jeddah
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | Banking Sector
We are hiring a seasoned Solution Architecture Manager to lead enterprise architecture strategy and delivery for one of Saudi Arabia’s established banks.
You will own architectural blueprints, guide cross-domain solution development, and serve as the bridge between business needs and technology execution — from pre-initiation through go-live.
What You’ll Do- Define and drive enterprise architectural blueprints and roadmaps across infrastructure, products, and services
- Lead and govern solution architecture through the full project delivery lifecycle
- Advise senior stakeholders and influence technology strategy across domains
- Manage infrastructure alignment to overall architecture structure
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects
- Support RFI/RFP technical evaluation and vendor selection
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5–8 years in IT Architecture with minimum 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong banking IT architecture knowledge
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Advanced certifications (TOGAF, AWS, Azure, CISSP) — strong advantage
