Content Manager
The Content Manager is accountable for shaping the end-to-end content strategy and execution to strengthen brand equity, enhance consumer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of brand, digital and commercial teams—translating consumer insights and business objectives into compelling, high-impact content across platforms.
Responsibilities- Own and deliver a clear, insight-led content strategy across digital, social and campaign channels.
- Develop and govern a structured content calendar aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
- Translate business goals into compelling, platform-specific storytelling and narratives.
- Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to create, review and optimise content assets.
- Continuously track content performance and drive optimisation through testing and insights.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity across all consumer-facing content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across brand & marketing, digital & e-commerce, sales & commercial, external agencies and data & analytics teams to align outcomes.
- Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong storytelling and content strategy capabilities with experience across multi-channel ecosystems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
- High ownership, agility, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
- Demonstrates ownership, bias for action and continuous learning mindset.
- Drives collaboration and alignment across teams to deliver business impact.

For office-based teams, work in person at least three days per week in the company’s facilities. Field roles are generally performed outside the company’s main facilities, typically at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
