A leading organization in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking an experienced Director
- Analytics to provide strategic leadership and drive the vision, growth, and success of the GDAC Analytics Team. This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional with a strong background in analytics, artificial intelligence, and data driven decision making.

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the GDAC Analytics Team.
• Develop and execute the analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary analytics and AI team.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data driven solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure governance, quality, and best practices across analytics initiatives.

• Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics leadership.
• Fluent communication and stakeholder management skills.
