- Coordinate environment provisioning with Oracle
- Manage Dev, Test, UAT, and Production instances
- Handle environment cloning and refreshes
- Manage maintenance cycles
- Manage users in Oracle IAM/IDCS
- Configure roles and access control
- Support SSO integration
- Use FSM to enable modules
- Support setup activities
- Manage sandboxes
- Troubleshoot data issues
- Handle incidents and raise Oracle SRs
- Coordinate testing cycles
- Assist integration setup
- Monitor file transfers and APIs
- Ensure compliance
