Cyber Agora builds OSS — the Operations Success System — an AI-powered omnichannel platform that helps multi-location businesses manage orders, customers, HR, and logistics in one place. Serving pharmacies, F&B, retail, wellness, residential compounds, and more across Saudi Arabia.

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist owns the company's full digital presence — from paid campaign execution to content creation and inbound lead generation.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In — including budget management, creative direction, A/B testing, and CAC tracking
• Manage inbound lead generation through digital channels and own top-of-funnel performance
• Build and manage social media presence across Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, X, and Tik Tok
• Create bilingual Arabic and English content across formats — copy, visuals, and short-form video
• Monitor platform analytics and translate performance data into actionable reporting

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role
• Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
• Hands‑on experience planning and executing paid social and search campaigns
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Comfortable on camera and proficient with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, Cap Cut, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• This role requires creating and managing content in both Arabic and English for the Saudi market
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing are an advantage

Base salary + sales-based commission
