The IT Manager ensures that all technology systems are aligned with business objectives, reliably maintained, and protected against evolving threats — enabling seamless operations across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning

  • Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and module rollouts in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and enforce data governance standards and ERP usage policies
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and department administrators
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot ERP-related issues, and coordinate vendor support
  • Evaluate and recommend new ERP modules or integrations to meet evolving business needs
2. Technical Support – IT Operations & End-User Support
  • Oversee the IT helpdesk function, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Define and enforce SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for all support tiers
  • Manage and mentor the IT support team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and professional development
  • Maintain asset inventory, procurement processes, and lifecycle management of IT equipment
  • Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) practices and ticketing systems
  • Ensure business continuity through proactive maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery planning
3. Cloud Infrastructure – Architecture, Reliability & Scalability
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud environments to support business applications and data workloads
  • Oversee cloud cost management, resource optimization, and capacity planning
  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities across cloud services
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives for on-premise systems where applicable
  • Establish infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices and automate provisioning workflows
  • Monitor cloud performance, uptime, and SLA compliance using observability tools
  • Collaborate with development teams to support Dev Ops and CI/CD pipeline requirements
4. Cybersecurity – Security Strategy & Asset Protection
  • Develop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and frameworks
  • Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits on a regular basis
  • Manage identity and access management (IAM), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust security principles
  • Monitor security events and manage incident response procedures, including investigation and remediation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NCA)
  • Conduct security awareness training programs for all staff
  • Evaluate, procure, and manage security tools including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, and DLP solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
  • Hands‑on experience managing ERP systems ( Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure across major platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity initiatives and responding to security incidents
