Officer - Data Quality

The Officer - Data Quality is responsible for ensuring that both general data quality of the operations meet organizational standards by reviewing data processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.

• Conduct assessments of data across various systems to determine accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
• Implement a data governance framework that defines roles, responsibilities, and processes for data management, ensuring accountability and clarity across the organization.
• Perform regular data audits to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Implement processes to correct inaccuracies, eliminate duplicates, and standardize data formats.
• Ensure that operational data is accurate, complete, and up to date across all systems.
• Maintain data quality for effective customer segmentation and targeting.
• Analyze the underlying causes of data quality issues, particularly those affecting customer information.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent future data quality problems.
• Ensure that data management practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Keep abreast of industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to data quality and customer information management.
• Act as an advocate for data privacy within the organization, ensuring that all data handling practices respect customer privacy and comply with legal standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the same or similar field.
