Role DescriptionThe Quantitative Research Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, with flexibility required for travel within Saudi Arabia to support fieldwork and client engagements. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end design and execution of quantitative research studies, crafting robust sampling plans, questionnaires, and data collection methodologies tailored to client objectives. A key focus of this position is translating complex datasets into accessible, real-time insights through the development and management of interactive client dashboards

- Independent Full-Cycle Project Leadership: Lead quantitative studies independently through the entire project lifecycle (from inception and design to execution and final delivery), optimizing survey design, sampling strategies, and methodology selection.
- Data Analysis & Dashboarding: Oversee data management and statistical analysis. Design, build, and maintain dynamic data dashboards to provide clients with continuous, interactive access to key metrics, tracking studies, and research findings.
- Reporting & Strategy: Interpret complex findings to develop clear, impactful reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Operations: Supervise and mentor junior researchers, coordinating seamlessly with field and operations teams to maintain rigorous quality control across all research stages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the qualitative and consultancy teams to integrate insights, contribute to compelling proposal development, and present findings in high-stakes client meetings.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Research, Data Science, Economics, or a closely related field.

Experience:
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and customer insights research (preferably within a consultancy or agency environment), with deep expertise in survey design, sampling techniques, and quantitative methodologies. - Project Management & Independence: Demonstrated ability to independently manage multifaceted projects through their full cycle, lead diverse teams, and coordinate cross-functional work streams efficiently.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong quantitative foundation with advanced skills in statistical analysis and a proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets.
- Technical Tools: High competence in statistical and analytics software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Advanced Excel).
- Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Advanced proficiency in designing, building, and deploying interactive dashboards using industry-standard BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms) to present insights dynamically and clearly.
- Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel within Saudi Arabia as project needs dictate.
