Principal E-commerce

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal E-commerce to lead and optimize our e-commerce operations while ensuring seamless integration with supply chain processes and ERP systems. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, analyze business performance, drive continuous improvements, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence and business growth.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
• Manage and develop a team of 3 employees
  , providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and other business functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor e-commerce performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure effective utilization and continuous improvement of ERP systems supporting e-commerce operations.
• Develop and implement operational processes, controls, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce operations and supply chain processes.
• Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and their integration with e-commerce operations.
• Experience in creating reports, consolidating data from multiple sources, and presenting business insights.
• Strong analytical, data organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Systems
  , or related fields are preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
