Responsible for the analysis and improvement of daily activities associated with various HR processes and programs.

• Help the HR Technology & Analytics Team Leader in managing systems and processes that encompass multiple organizational functions in the area of SAP Fieldglass.
• Liaise with IT and HR department user representatives, support HR and business projects where there is an impact on SAP Fieldglass, such as integration or configuration changes.
• Define potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements.
• Help the HR Technology & Analytics Team in projects to review and re-engineer processes, develop performance metrics, evaluate systems, and identify deficiencies to propose and implement strategic solutions in the area of SAP Fieldglass.
• Manage the enhancements by evaluating the request, understanding the gravity and impact to business overall goals and relationships.
• Ensure that system configuration and business requirements documents are accurate and complete.
• Conduct studies to review the ERP utilization by department in order to maximize IS service efficacy, accountability and cost efficiency.
• Assist in the testing of the new SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors, and SAP Fieldglass processes and forms (workflows) module.
• Assist in the documentation of the SOPs and/or provide system training to end users as needed.
• Take control of the issues/questions/system changes log.
• Other HR processes and forms tasks as required.
• Provide (and prioritize) Level 1 and 2 support and coordinate Level 3 support with SAP Fieldglass for the already live part of the application.

Contingent Workforce. Expert in configuring and supporting activities in the areas of supplier/buyer, workflow, financial data, worker (job posting, approvals, timesheet, invoicing), rate structure, system configuration.

The successful candidate will help the HR Technology & Analytics Team on a number of projects. The incumbent will have experience in proposing system enhancements as well as coaching a team of users that do the data entry on SAP Fieldglass.
