• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to identify commercial anomalies, uncover business opportunities, and improve sales performance
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights on sales, customer behavior, pricing, promotions, demand, and portfolio performance
• Build predictive models, automated alerts, and simulation tools to support forecasting, pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and commercial decision-making
• Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to enhance KPI frameworks, reporting, and AI-driven business capabilities
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency while translating technical findings into executive-ready dashboards and business recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, or Py Torch
• Experience building predictive models, anomaly detection solutions, forecasting models, and deploying ML solutions into production environments
• Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate to Jeddah
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is considered an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business problems using data
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, customer segmentation, pricing, revenue, and sales performance metrics
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD practices, Docker, and modern data environments is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex analyses in a clear and business-focused manner
