Information Technology Specialist

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Specialist based in Jeddah. The IT Specialist will monitor, maintain, and enhance IT systems and networks to ensure seamless business operations. Responsibilities include installing and configuring network hardware/software, troubleshooting technical issues, managing network security, and providing prompt IT support to team members. The role requires diligent documentation of IT issues and adherence to cybersecurity policies to ensure system efficiency and confidentiality.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
• Prior experience in the aviation or transportation industry is an advantage

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Customer Service capabilities, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and ability to implement security protocols
• Practical knowledge of maintaining IT hardware, software systems, and cloud-based services
• Ability to work effectively in on-site team settings, ensuring coordination and collaboration

• Prior experience in the aviation or transportation industry is an advantage
