Purpose of the Job
Configure, support, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring data integrity, Saudi regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all RSGT terminals.
Description Area of Contribution- Administer Oracle Fusion HCM:
Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent. - Translate HR requirements into HCM configurations and functional designs.
- Configure, test, and deploy HCM enhancements and new implementations.
- Define HCM workflows, approval hierarchies, and notification rules.
- Assess and coordinate Oracle HCM quarterly release deployments.
- Execute HCM data migration: validation, mapping, and reconciliation.
- Manage HCM integrations with GOSI, ZATCA, Muqeem, and payroll banks.
- Build and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract reports.
- Liaise with Oracle Support and partners to resolve issues and apply fixes.
- Maintain HCM documentation; train HR staff and end users on best practices.
- Provide Level-1/2 HCM support; elevate to Oracle Support as needed.
- Maintain GOSI, ZATCA, and labor law compliance in HCM configurations.
- Coordinate UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Document HCM specs; conduct periodic data audits and corrective management.
- Support HR users across all RSGT terminals; respond within 30‑minute SLA.
- Monitor HCM availability; coordinate with Oracle Cloud Ops on incidents.
- Administer HCM security roles and user provisioning in Oracle Fusion.
- Deliver HCM enhancement projects on time and within scope.
- Manage HCM projects across all RSGT business units globally.
- Deactivate HCM accounts and access upon termination, in coordination with HR.
- Ensure PDPL compliance; conduct periodic SoD access reviews in HCM.
- Oracle HCM system availability >= 99%
- HCM data quality score >= 95% validated via OTBI reports
- User support SLA response within 30 minutes;
Saudi compliance configurations maintained current - Zero high-risk audit findings on HCM access management and PDPL compliance
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred.
Skills / AttributeOracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent). HCM configuration, testing, and user training. OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts reporting.
Saudi labor law, GOSI, and ZATCA compliance. Strong stakeholder communication across multiple RSGT locations.
Required Experience3+ years Oracle Fusion HCM and one full go‑live.
CompetencyTransactional / Analytic
- Basic Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules
- Supports Level‑1 requests and generates standard OTBI and HCM Extract reports
- Generates operational HR and payroll dashboards using Oracle Fusion analytics
- Advanced HCM functional expertise with hands‑on configuration across multiple modules
- Performs Level‑2 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and configuration fixes
- Builds analytical HR reports and supports decisions with HCM data insights
- Full HCM suite expertise: integrations, fast formulas, and payroll configuration
- Leads HCM implementation phases and designs solutions for complex HR requirements
- Delivers workforce analytics and intelligence for executive and HR leadership decisions
