Leading and optimizing the CS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Protection with alignment of Cybersecurity regulatory frameworks to ensure robust governance over user identities and privileges and only authorized individuals have appropriate access to resources and data.

• Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive IAM strategies that enhance organizational security posture and ensure that access to resources and data is strictly regulated for authorized personnel.
• Oversee the establishment of advanced data protection controls to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide directions and oversight for the IAM ana Data Protection related technologies, while empowering the administrative team to implement and manage the daily operations effectively.
• Lead the regular access rights reviews to ensure alignment with CS polices and compliance requirements, mitigating risks associated with identity management.
• Collaborate with different business units to ensure that IAM and data protection measures are within the overall required Cybersecurity frameworks.
• Oversee the governance and implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) to secure high-risk accounts and ensure stringent control over administrative access.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of IAM and data protection programs and support informed decision-making.

• Supervise the administrative team to implement IAM technologies effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure the implementation of Authority Matrix is applied on the required applications.
• Lead the planning and execution of regular access rights reviews, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and comprehensively.
• Ensure all CS IAM and data protection initiatives are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Consult and review CS IAM related policies ensuring the alignment with organizational requirements.
• Evaluate critical access requests based on a risk-driven approach.
• Ensure users activities and audit logs are aligned with security controls.
• Regularly evaluate data protection protocols to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage the implementation of PAM solutions to safeguard privileged credentials and monitor high-risk user sessions.
• Develop and report on relevant KPIs and security metrics to provide visibility into the health and compliance of identity and information security operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). IAM-specific certifications like Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
