Kal Soft is currently looking for an experienced Oracle OFSAA Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), Oracle Database technologies, and banking regulatory reporting environments. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting OFSAA solutions while ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient analytics delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure OFSAA modules such as IFRS9, Basel II/III, ALM, and FTP.
  • Design and implement ETL processes using OFSAA and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts, Oracle SQL queries, data models, and batch processes.
  • Support regulatory reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and data integrity across systems.
  • Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.
  • Collaborate with business, risk, and finance teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to OFSAA applications and data processing.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory reporting standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Oracle OFSAA development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Strong experience with Oracle OFSAA modules such as IFRS9, Basel II/III, ALM, and FTP.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL development using OFSAA and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
  • Experience in data modeling, data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
  • Good understanding of banking, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
