About the Role

Design, implement, and manage integrated enterprise applications and data platforms that support JTC’s operations and strategic objectives, ensuring scalable systems and high-quality data, and leverage advanced analytics and AI to enhance business efficiency, innovation, and decision making.

Responsibilities

Design and manage enterprise applications supporting JTC’s core operations and enabling functions.

Ensure seamless system integration and scalability across platforms, aligned with JTC enterprise architecture.

Oversee implementation and ongoing operation of information systems, including approval of functional and technical specifications.

Maintain and enhance enterprise systems, continuously improving functionality, performance, and user experience.

Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools.

Integrate data across systems and divisions, including third-party platforms.

Lead technical data governance implementations initiatives in compliance with NDMO and regulatory requirements.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and lifecycle management across all systems.

Continuously optimize data and system capabilities to enhance business performance and efficiency.

Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance analytics, automate processes, and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in relevant field or equivalent is required. A masters degree is a preferred.

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience within the same field, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in a relevant sector is preferred.

Professional Certifications

Professional and academic certifications within a relevant field are preferred.
