The IT Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operational and administrative activities of enterprise applications within the Enterprise Systems section. This role serves as the first line of support for application-related requests and tickets, ensuring proper coordination, follow-up, and user assistance across business systems. The position also supports departmental coordination, software administration activities, and continuous learning within enterprise applications and business systems.
Key Responsibilities Application Support & Ticket Handling- Serve as the first line of support for enterprise application requests, incidents, and user inquiries.
- Receive, track, and follow up on support tickets and coordinate escalation to specialized teams when required.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and user guidance for enterprise applications and related systems.
- Monitor and follow up on issue resolution to ensure timely support and user satisfaction.
- Support users in routine operational and system‑related activities.
- Support administrative activities related to enterprise systems and software platforms.
- Maintain software inventory records, licensing information, support agreements, and vendor documentation.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow‑up activities.
- Prepare basic reports, documentation, and operational records related to the Enterprise Systems section.
- Support compliance with software licensing and internal IT procedures.
- Support routine application administration and operational activities.
- Assist in simple reporting, configuration, or system support tasks when required.
- Coordinate with ERP, SIS, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support system monitoring and operational follow‑up activities.
- Develop knowledge in enterprise applications, ERP systems, and institutional business processes.
- Gain exposure to ERP consultation, SIS operations, and enterprise systems support activities.
- Participate in knowledge‑sharing and continuous learning activities within the IT department.
- Build technical and functional skills to support future growth within Enterprise Systems roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field. Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, IT support, or business systems are considered an advantage.
Experience0–3 years of experience in IT applications, technical support, enterprise systems, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities- Basic understanding of enterprise applications and business systems.
- Knowledge of application support processes and ticket handling practices.
- Familiarity with ERP or enterprise platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of databases, reporting tools, and system administration concepts.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
