Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns within the banking and financial services sector.

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Lead customer acquisition and product growth initiatives using segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
• Manage and optimize paid search, display, programmatic, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Manage media planning, budgets, and coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products.

• 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign management.
• Experience with in banking, financial services, fintech, or cards is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, paid social, media buying, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Hands on experience with campaign optimization, audience segmentation, marketing analytics, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
