Job Description:Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Informatica Data Engineering Integration (BDM/DEI) platform
- Manage configurations, services, and environment setups
- Support Spark-based runtime execution for ETL pipelines
- Perform upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance
- Monitor and support ETL workflows, mappings, and pipelines
- Ensure SLA adherence for batch data loads into the Data Lakehouse
- Perform failure handling, reruns, and recovery activities
- Optimize performance using partitioning, pushdown, and tuning
- Monitor CDC pipelines, capture, and apply processes
- Troubleshoot latency, lag, and data consistency issues
- Ensure reliable real-time and near real-time data ingestion
- Support integration across Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse
- Administer and support Informatica Axon / Data Governance tools
- Ensure data lineage, business glossary, and metadata traceability
- Support audit, compliance, and data quality initiatives
(Tomcat, Spark)
- Monitor Informatica services running on Tomcat
- Support Spark cluster execution and resource utilization
- Troubleshoot service failures, memory issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Ensure platform availability and operational stability
(Oracle Metadata Repository)
- Manage Informatica metadata repositories in Oracle
- Monitor database performance, storage, and connectivity
- Support backup, restore, and repository maintenance activities
- Provide L1/L2 production support using ITIL processes
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
- Support deployments, releases, and production cutovers
- Participate in on-call and shift-based support
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational dashboards
- Automate monitoring, alerting, and routine administrative tasks
- Document platform architecture and support procedures
- Runtime: Spark, Tomcat
- Database: Oracle
- Platform: Data Warehouse + Cloudera Data Lakehouse
- 5–8 years of experience in Informatica platform administration and support
- Strong expertise in BDM/DEI, Power Exchange (CDC), and Axon
- Experience with Spark-based ETL processing
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and metadata repositories
- Experience in Data Lakehouse / Data Warehouse integration environments
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support skills
- Experience in 24/7 SLA-driven production environments
